Here is the start­ing 2025–2026 RESMS PTSA Board meet­ing sched­ule (please see cal­en­dar for any updates or time/location changes). Audi­tions — Sept 17, 18, 19

  • Wednes­day — 4pm-6pm

  • Thurs­day — 4pm-6pm

  • Fri­day — 4pm-6pm

Call­backs — Sept 24, 25, 26

  • Wednes­day 2:45–5pm — Danc­ing Call­back — Every­one who audi­tioned will be invit­ed to this call­back

  • Thurs­day 4pm-6pm — Call­back to read for lead roles

  • Fri­day 4pm-6pm — Singing Call­back

Rehearsals — First rehearsal Wednes­day, Octo­ber 1st

Octo­ber 1st through Decem­ber rehearsal days will be Wed/Thurs/Fri

  • Wednes­day 2:45PM-6PM

  • Thurs­days 4PM-6PM (most weeks will be speak­ing and singing roles only)

  • Fri­day 4PM-6PM

Begin­ning in Jan­u­ary, we will rehearse Tues­day (4pm-6pm), Wednes­day (2:45–6pm), and Thurs­day (4–6PM).

  • Wednes­day Jan 28 pick up rehearsal — 2:45pm-6pm
  • Sat­ur­day, Jan 31 — 7pm, call time 5pm — Cast 2
  • Sun­day, Feb 1 — 3pm, call time 1pm — Cast 1- fol­lowed by strike and cast par­ty!!

Fill out FinalForms & Complete Physicals

Before stu­dents par­tic­i­pate in school ath­let­ics, par­ents and stu­dents must fill out and vir­tu­al­ly sign their online Final­Forms. Stu­dents must also sub­mit a cur­rent pre-par­tic­i­pa­tion phys­i­cal form (good for two years). Phys­i­cals can be sched­uled at your doc­tor’s office, local clin­ics; or before, dur­ing or after school at the Neigh­bor­care health clin­ic at Eagle Staff. Once the phys­i­cal form is com­plet­ed, it will need to be uploaded to your student’s Final­Forms account.

We need to fill a few more open posi­tions, let us know if you are inter­est­ed!

Incom­ing and cur­rent parents/guardians are encour­aged to serve on next year’s board. No PTSA expe­ri­ence is nec­es­sary. Have a friend? Team up! You can co-chair a posi­tion. Roles are flex­i­ble, and time com­mit­ments vary (as low as 1–2 hours per month). Board meet­ings are once a month. Send any ques­tions to president@eaglestaffptsa.org.
